This dish is considered to be one of the expensive dishes there is in restaurant's menus around the world.
Meat, usually beef, well aging, that is placed on a plate with something from the sea. It can be large Tiger Shrimps or real Lobster Tails.
It can't be bad, right? Right!
This dish is basically very easy to make. What makes it so good is the high quality of the ingredients, so don’t go cheap on me now. The higher quality materials you'll purchase, the higher the dish quality will reach.
Ingredients:
200gr of finest Steak you can get {fillet, Entrecote, Sirloin}
100gr of fresh pealed cleaned Tiger Shrimps
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 tablespoons of Soft Yellow Butter
3 tablespoons of Dry White Wine
1 grounded Garlic Clove
Coarse Salt
Grinded Black Pepper
Fresh Arugula for decoration
Cooking:
- Massage for 3 second our Steak with 1/2 tablespoon of Olive Oil and some pepper.
- On an already high temperature heated strip welded iron pan, we fry the Steak for 1 minute each side. {Careful: the timeline is changes according to the size and thickness of the cut, as well as the level of cooking you want to reach}.
- At the same time, on another pan, we melt the Butter along with the Oil and add the Shrimps. Slightly mix them, and add the Wine. Then spread the grinded Garlic on top. Reduce it for a minute and turn off the fire.
- Place the cooked Steak and the Shrimps on a clean serving dish.
- add Salt and Pepper for flavor
- You can make a side dish from Arugula leaves with lemon juice and salt or with some Roots' vegetables in the oven.
