"Pear Tart"
Well, I did it again.
I guess that ever since I wrote that there wouldn’t be many deserts, I making them every week.
This time: Pie, or Tart, Pear Tart to be exact. It was divine.

150 gr of cold cubes diced Butter
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
100 gr of Sugar Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 Scrambled Egg
2 tablespoons of Ice Water {not obligated, only if there is a need}
Filling:
1 Sweet Cream canister
1 French Vanilla Pudding bag {instant}
2 Eggs

2. Add the Scrambled Egg and keep working in short pulses until receive lamp of dough
3. Create a small "pita" shape and wrap in clench nylon and freeze it for 30 minutes
4. Unwrap the nylon and flatten the dough between two baking papers to a round shape of 1/2 cm thick. It should be big enough to cover the casting by a bit. Turn the dough with the help of the baking paper and the rolling pin onto the oily casting and remove the left over from the sides.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees
5. We notch the lower end of the dough with a fork to avoid bowl shape during the baking and enter it to the oven to a "Blind Baking" for 10 minutes
Filling:
1. Cut the Pears into small fans
2. In a bowl – we mix the staffing ingredients – the Cream, Eggs and Pudding Powder until receiving homogeneous lump free pulp.
Assembly:
1. In the half done dough, we arrange the small fans pears to fill the entire dough area
2. We pour our smooth mixture over the pears so it should fill the small gaps till the dough margins height
3. We put back to the oven for another 30 minutes or till the Pie will slightly darken and will receive a beautiful golden shade.
Enjoy.
